Use this password-protected area to access your Covered Bridge Estates property information.  This area provides you direct access to your contact information, account status, Modification Requests, and violations.  Keep in mind that all information contained within this portal is effective January 1, 2020 and forward.  No historical information prior to January 1, 2020 will be available here.

The menu above provides:

• My Profile - Allows you to view and modify your contact information.
• Account Information - Allows you to view your current outstanding balance - if any and view payment history (starting with 2020 assessments).
• Documents - Provides you access to Association Board minutes and financial statements once formally approved at a Board of Director's meeting (normally one month later).  If you wish to view HOA documents, you can find them on the public website by clicking here.  
• ACC Requests - This area allows you to electronically submit Modification Requests and track these requests on the website.  If you are planning to paint your house, you will want to review the approved paint color charts which can be found here.
• Violations - If you have any violations, this area will list violation date, description, and status.
• Pay Assessments - If you sign up for PayLease, you can use this area of the website to securely pay your assessments online.
